Omskie Yastreby - bronze medalists of 2022 Kharlamov Cup!

On April 11, Omskie Yastreby finished their thirteenth season in the Junior Hockey League. The main goal has not been achieved, but for the first time in nine years our guys have made it to the semifinals and faced the regular season winner. Even though we didn’t manage to win the series against Krasnaya Armiya, we did win bronze medals - the first medals of the “hawks” in a long time, which we are really proud of!

Alexander Krylov, Avangard HC Board of Directors Chairman, congratulated Omskie Yastreby and the fans on bronze medals:

- It’s been the first Kharlamov Cup semifinals in many years, it is an excellent result for such a young team. It was the youngest roster in the MHL playoffs in the history of our club, one of the youngest in the League, and it didn’t stop you from battling during every game and giving vivid emotions to the fans. I am sure that you have a great future ahead - in Omsk, at the new Arena. I believe that this is where all major victories will be achieved. And we will continue to help you develop in the Avangard system. I congratulate all the fans on the bronze medals - they are well deserved!
