Avangard hires player development coach

Dmitry Polyanchikov joins the coaching staff of Avangard as the player development coach. He is sighed to a one-year contract.

Polyanchikov is a former linesman and referee of Russian professional leagues. Worked in research and methodological department of the FHR. Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

- Time dictates the necessity for qualitative changes and a modern approach to working with players. That is why we will have a new position of the player development coach as part of implementation of the strategy for individual work with the players of club vertical. Dmitry Polyanchikov is to be in charge of this area of work. He is from Omsk and has a large practical and theoretical experience, including working for the FHR. His main task is to work on individual skills of Avangard’s players, from the first team to the junior one.
