Avangard and Neftekhimik make a trade

Avangard Hockey Club has traded defenseman Roman Abrosimov to Neftekhimik for sport rights of 22-year-old forward Dmitry Zlodeyev.

Zlodeyev is a Voronezh alumnus, drafted No.175 by the National Hockey League’s Vancouver Canucks in 2020. Played for minor and junior teams of Moscow Dynamo and Spartak; as a VHLer, was with Krasnogorsk, Tver and Saint Petersburg Dynamo, and Voskresensk Khimik. Appeared in 20 KHL games for Spartak. In the 2023/24 season, played for the Vancouver Canucks’ American Hockey League affiliate, Abbotsford Canucks.
